Florida #1 in adolescent HIV

So, the data that was front and center but I couldn't find the doc to support it, is this:  Florida is number one in the nation for adolescents living with diagnosed HIV infections; adolescents being between the ages of 13 to 19.  And then, Orlando #8 for overall new HIV infections.  This is completely unacceptable, is it not?
