The Greater Orlando area finished off 2015 with an overall increase in price of 9% from last year, with each month showing an increase in price -- it never dipped!  For Single Family Homes alone, the increase was 11.45% in price.   The overall number of sales increased by almost 15.5%.   These are strong numbers by any measure.   When I add the increase in sales price from the year prior, it shows an 18.48% increase in price over two-years for all homes (this will be higher for Single Family Homes alone).    Ca-Ching If you'd like an up to date valuation on your property, please reach out to me: dawndeegan@gmail.com or 407-488-8074.
