Jewel Box Homes, Lake Nona

Laureate Park in Lake Nona will begin to sell 40 Jewel Box Houses as part of its Phase 7 Development.  A Jewel Box Home, a term Frank Lloyd Wright used, has been reemerging over the past few years, as part of the trend for scaled down homes.  Generally less than 2500 sq ft, energy efficient, garage in back, on a small lot are characteristics that can be found in a Jewel Box Home.  They are also built using top grade materials and finishes! And in Lake Nona, they will mostly be 2-story homes.
